Seal Coating
Seal coating is the process of applying an emulsified asphalt membrane to the driveway surface. This protects the asphalt from oxidation, fuel spills and surface cracking which lead to the deterioration and cracking of the existing asphalt.
Crack Sealing
Crack sealing is the process of cleaning eligible cracks of debris and vegetation before applying hot rubberized crack filler. This creates an airtight seal with the asphalt, expanding and contracting with the weather to protect against further cracking
Ramps & Extensions
Installing a ramp is the process of laying down new hot asphalt, grading, and compacting to create a smooth transition from the garage floor and existing driveway. A similar process is performed at the curb to eliminate the drop between driveway and curb.
Pothole Repair
Pothole repair is the process of cleaning and preparing potholes before applying new hot asphalt to the open area. The new asphalt is graded and compacted for a levelled finish to the existing asphalt. We recommend seal coating after for consistent protection.
