The initial consult was scheduled quickly and the representatives were super friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. They brought along a demo case to showcase the different options and demonstrate the app control. (...) The installers were also super friendly and happy to answer any questions. (...) Before they left, they made sure we had the app installed and setup and gave us a walkthrough of all the features. This was followed up by an email with even more detailed instructions and videos. Overall, we are incredibly pleased with the product and everyone that we interacted with at Pad Pal. Highly recommended!

Padpal installed permanent lighting for us at our home in Carleton Place and we absolutely love it! Padpal sent three team members who did a 5⭐️ job of making our home look fantastic! The job was professionally done, they were neat in their work and we hardly knew they were here until the light show! We got a tutorial on how to use them and all questions were answered.
